Q: What is your refund policy?
A: we ensure quality and value, and your 100% satisfaction. If you or your recipient are not completely satisfied with the quality of a delivered product, or it is in anyway damaged, we will send you a return tag to ship the basket back to us free of charge in its original box. When we receive the basket back we will credit your credit card or replace the basket.

Q: Can you substitute an item in the basket?
A: yes you can by calling the store and leaving a message or emailing us. In the rare instances when demand is larger than supply of a particular item in a gift basket, we will replace that item with one of equal or greater value.

Q: Can you customize a basket.
A: yes you can by calling the store or emailing us. Soon you will be able to customize your own gift basket on our web site.

Q: if I place an order, how will my basket be shipped?
A: A Taste of New England proudly uses UPS for all our shipping needs. We provide a variety of options for delivery. UPS Ground Service is the norm, UPS 3 Day Select Service, and UPS 2nd Day Air Service.

Q: Can I ship my basket anywhere?
A: We deliver almost anywhere in the Continental USA, including local deliveries to Connecticut ( CT ) and Rhode Island ( RI ). We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO - FPO Boxes or foreign addresses.

Q: Can I send a personalize message with my gourmet gift basket?
A: YES, you can! Remember to include your message in the gift message box during the check out process. Your gourmet gift baskets will arrive with a handwritten gift card with your message.

Q: Why do you need my recipient's phone number?
A: UPS must have the recipient's phone number to qualify for our guaranteed delivery service. We will not contact your gift recipients via phone unless we are having problems with the delivery.

Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: we normally responded to inquiries within 24 hours on business days, Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm EST. Request for information about gourmet gift baskets, product questions, special request, changes or updates to orders, inquiries about the status of your order or other issues should be addressed by Email. Please include your name and order number.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Cards.

Q: Do you collect sales tax?
A: State law requires us to collect sales tax for baskets sent to CT addresses.

Q: Do you ship chocolate in the summer?
A: From May thru September many of the chocolate items in our gourmet gift baskets may be substituted with other gourmet food of equal or greater value. This is done to ensure the freshness of your gift and the integrity of the presentation.
